So I took my 1966 Rambler Classic for a spin to visit a client the other day. I hadn't driven it or used it for work for quite a while so I wasn't prepared for all the sliding!

Kelly might remember this though. Once I took Kelly for a ride shortly after all the vinyl bench seats had been "armouralled" (no it wasn't me). Every time I turned a corner Kelly slid right across the seat, and when I stopped she ended up on the floor! It was hilarious!! (I was OK because I had the steering wheel to hold on to).

Well, this time the same thing was happening to all my stuff!! There are no cup holders, or centre consoles to hold anything, so everything ends up either on the floor or sliding across the seat or dash. When I plugged my mobile phone in to charge it just dangled by the cord and whacked me in the knee when I cornered. This was no good. Then I remembered our Sticky Dash Pads, so I called in back at home and got one out. It stuck instantly to my smooth vinyl dash - and kept the phone firmly in place.

I was pretty chuffed, this is a great solution. No drilling or complicated installing is needed. It is just perfect for anyone with a classic car trying to keep things original! At only $5.00, I'd definately recommend this little gadget!
