This is a common MYOB problem, we find it a LOT. When you print an invoice it appears fine, but when you go to email it direct from MYOB what happens? The logo disappears!!

The problem is that you are missing a component that is needed for the graphics to display.

You will need to install Apple QuickTime (v5 or later) which is provided on your MYOB installation disk or can be downloaded from apple.com/quicktime/download.

Usually, after installing QuickTime it will work straight away - if it doesn't you may need to delete the logo from your customised form and then reload the picture.
