ORDERING & PAYMENT

After you place your order, an e-mail confirmation including an order number, will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered on your order form. Once your payment has been approved, your order will be packed and dispatched and you will be notified by email.
You will be prompted during the check-out process to select your preferred payment method. Australian customers can pay by credit card or direct deposit at the Imprest online store, using our secure checkout.
If paying by credit card, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
When ordering with Imprest, we want you to feel confident that your personal information and credit card data is completely safe. Imprest processes your order through Paypal – secure online payment facility. You will be transferred to a Paypal secure page after you confirm your order with us. PayPal is committed to dealing with your customer information with high standards of information security using computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption. When paying by direct deposit you will be given full payment instructions, including our banking details, upon checkout. You can then make payment using Internet banking (you need to be registered for Internet banking with your financial institution), or over the counter at any Commonwealth branch. Your order will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed. You are given 3 business days to pay, if payment is not received in this timeframe, purchased items will be returned to stock unless you contact us to make other arrangements.
Please note, it can take one complete business day for funds deposited via online banking to appear in our account. Our standard shipping times apply from that point.
We deliver Australia wide for a shipping rates indicated in the checkout. Weights are calculated automatically as items are added to your shopping cart.
Generally your order will take 2-4 business days for handling and shipping between capital cities once payment has been received. We deliver by Australia Post. For existing clients we offer free delivery with the next appointment.
Most items that can be purchased on Imprest are held in stock, ready to ship once payment has been made. From time to time, some items may not be available and may need to be re-ordered. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately to discuss.
Pickup is available from our Kalamunda Shop, at Shop 37, Kalamunda Centro Shopping Centre, Central Road (outside of centre), Kalamunda, WA 6076. Opening times are as follows:
Monday - Closed (no pickup available)
Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturday - Sunday 9am to 1pm
Please select "Free Pickup" on checkout to and make sure you print out a confirmation of your order to present upon collection. Please phone to make alternative arrangements if you are unable to collect your order. Any orders not collected after three weeks may be returned to stock.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Refunds
We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and it's really important that you love your purchase from Imprest. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us online as soon as possible, indicating the reason for the return. You will then be issued with an order number, that must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.
The item must be returned Imprest within 14 days of the shipping date. It must be in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). Upon inspecting the returned item, we will the gladly credit your original method of payment, or provide you with a store credit.
Return items that have been damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
Imprest can't always guarantee availability of products as our stock is seasonal and therefore, limited. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please follow the instructions noted above for returns.
Outward shipping will not be charged on your first product exchange, but you must return the goods to us. We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.
When exchanging for a "change of mind" (different colour or style), a $5 re-delivery charge will be applied. If you have indicated to exchange for an item that is sold out or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. It would be helpful if you can also indicate an alternate style, in case we cannot fill your first choice.
We will reimburse your credit card on receipt of the returned item, and then bill you for your new items when they are ready to ship. If your exchange is above the price of the original order, we will need to contact you for your credit card details.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the goods at the Imprest office.
Please remember to include with the return a copy of the original invoice or the original order details such as the order number, name, postal address and phone number.
We respect your privacy! Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in way that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.
Information We Collect
When you register on our website, we collect information such as your name and e-mail address. To process and fulfil your orders online, you will also be asked to provide us with your delivery address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. For added security we use Paypal to process credit cards. We do not share credit card information with third parties, except with our bank for the purpose of processing payments and refunds for products you've ordered or as required by law.
Imprest also collects e-mail addresses at various locations within the site (including when you order from the site or register as a user) so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order - such as an order confirmation notice. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests, and anything else that might enable us to personalize your shopping experience. We also examine site use and traffic to improve our web site design and the products and services we offer. Imprest appreciates that it must store and use client information responsibly.
You may at any time delete your profile from our records or unsubscribe from our mailing list.
